Information for AOC

Pre-foreclosure notices are filed by mortgage servicers with the State database. The Administrative Office of the Courts and Clerks of Court for all 100 counties have access to the database to have the ability to determine if the servicer has complied with the law regarding pre-foreclosure notices and the required time periods prior to filing of the foreclosure.
